Products & pricing
All product specifications and prices on this site are indicative. Final pricing, GST and availability are confirmed by our team at the time of order. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
Prescription requirements
CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators and oxygen concentrators are medical devices. We may request a doctor prescription, sleep study report or pressure setting before delivery, in accordance with Indian medical device regulations.
Rental terms
- Minimum rental period applies depending on the device.
- A refundable security deposit may be required.
- Damaged or lost equipment is chargeable at the prevailing replacement cost.
- Free pick-up at the end of the rental period within Chennai.
- Renewal can be requested anytime by phone or WhatsApp.
Warranty & service
All new devices come with the manufacturer warranty (typically 2–3 years). Service is performed by our certified biomedical engineers as authorized partner of Löwenstein Medical (Germany). Wear-and-tear consumables (filters, masks, tubing) are not covered under warranty.
Returns & refunds
Due to medical hygiene regulations, opened CPAP/BiPAP machines, masks and tubing cannot be returned. Unopened sealed accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days.
